Washington MAST (Mandatory Alcohol Server Training) Practice Exam

A MAST permit is necessary when conducting any sampling or tasting events at a grocery store. It is not required during regular work hours for employees, only specifically for the designated time of sampling or tasting. The permit is also not solely needed on weekends, as these activities can take place throughout the week. While restocking beverages may be part of a normal work day, it does not require a MAST permit.
